Wholeness Coaching Agreement & Disclaimer

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned client (“Client”) and Valerie Coltman, Life Coach through TwentyR Ministries (“Coach”), regarding participation in coaching sessions offered as part of the Wholeness Coaching program.

By checking the box at checkout, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

  • The services provided are life coaching services that may include nervous system support, emotional processing tools, trauma-healing strategies, spiritual mentorship, and related guidance.

  • Coaching is intended for educational, personal growth, and spiritual purposes only.

  • Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed mental health care or medical advice.

2. No Licensed Services

  • Coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional.

  • No diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of any kind will be provided.

  • Coaching should not replace consultation with a licensed medical or mental health provider, and Client is encouraged to seek such care as needed.

3. Client Responsibility

  • Client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being during and after coaching sessions.

  • Client understands that any decisions or actions taken as a result of coaching are solely their own responsibility.

  • Client agrees to seek immediate professional help (medical, psychological, or emergency services) if they experience distress, crisis, or health concerns beyond the scope of coaching.

4. Confidentiality

  • Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information shared, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, abuse, or court order).

  • Client understands that electronic communications (phone, email, video conferencing) carry inherent risks to confidentiality that cannot be fully guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Client agrees to hold Coach harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their participation in coaching.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client agrees that Coach’s liability is limited to the amount paid for coaching services.

6. No Guarantees

  • Client acknowledges that results from coaching are not guaranteed and depend on many factors, including personal commitment, life circumstances, and external conditions.

7. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Coach resides.

8. Acknowledgment

By checking the box and completing the purchase, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms, and that they understand the limitations and scope of the coaching relationship.
